Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Atlanta seeks a Sales Associate to support the North Atlanta orthopaedics portfolio within DePuy Synthes. The role targets Clinical Sales with surgeons, providing product expertise and helping grow the territory in North Fulton.

You will work with the DePuy Synthes team in operating rooms to ensure equipment readiness, demonstrate devices, and deliver service value to hospitals and surgeons across the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience or
• Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales by retaining customers and expanding penetration in territory.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge and demonstrate proper use.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring equipment availability and readiness.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic teams.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and materials; ensure materials meet quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and differentiate DePuy Synthes value propositions.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
