Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Associate for the Fort Walton Beach, FL territory within Orthopaedics. You will support DePuy Synthes sales, assist surgeons in the operating room, and help drive product adoption across hospitals and clinics.

Responsibilities include presenting products, ensuring proper utilization, and providing technical and billing support to customers. A strong clinical sales background is preferred for success in this commission-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.)
• Minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers.
• Assist in the attainment of established sales goals including market share objectives in prescribed territory.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room through their clinical and product knowledge.
• Use product knowledge to present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Troubleshoot and provide other technical assistance; handle customer requests and hospital billing.
• Share insights with other teams to improve solutions and prepare sales documents.
• Maintenance and deployment of equipment and assets ensuring product availability.
