Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, through DePuy Synthes, seeks a Sales Associate for the Atlanta territory. This role focuses on clinical support, customer service, and driving sales of orthopaedic products within hospitals and operating rooms.

You will assist surgeons with product knowledge and ensure the availability and correct deployment of instruments and implants. Responsibilities include supporting sales goals, maintaining relationships with surgeons and accounts, and providing insights to teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree or medical certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional/related experience; or 4+ years in related roles.
• Ability to travel which may include weekend/overnight travel; valid US driver's license.
• Residence in or relocation to the posted territory.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation and equipment support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve solutions.
