Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field or healthcare credential preferred.
• Experience in medical device or surgical sales is advantageous.
• Ability to travel as required by territory.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization to retain and expand existing customers and recruit new ones.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge to ensure proper use of DePuy Synthes instruments.
• Attend surgeries to support equipment readiness and optimize tray configurations.
• Provide customer service, handle requests, and manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Maintain and deploy equipment and promotional materials, ensuring high quality standards and product availability.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and differentiate DePuy Synthes value propositions.
