Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes orthopaedics team in North Atlanta is seeking a Sales Associate to support the territory across North Fulton. You will assist surgeons with products, ensure instrument availability, and help optimize case support while contributing to sales goals.

The role requires clinical product knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to travel; a 4-year experience or equivalent is expected, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and relationships across hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) plus related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience or Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers and in product conversions with new customers.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge; present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment availability and tray optimization.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
