Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) plus related experience or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional or related experience; recent military transition accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales organization to retain and expand customer penetration.
• Guide surgeons in operating room with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Support hospitals with equipment availability, setup, and OR consultation.
• Troubleshoot, handle customer requests, and manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Prepare sales reports and share insights with cross-functional teams.
