Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Sales Associate to support surgeons and hospitals in the Birmingham territory. You will combine clinical knowledge with product expertise to help optimize procedures and drive adoption of our orthopaedics portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification as required for sales roles in MedTech.
• Prior sales or clinical support experience preferred.
• Proven communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons and customers in operating rooms with clinical and product knowledge.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and market share objectives in assigned territory.
• Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure equipment availability and proper use.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain account relationships.
• Provide equipment maintenance and post-sale support as needed.
