Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field is preferred.
• 4+ years professional sales or healthcare experience.
• Military experience or transition is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales in retaining and expanding existing customers.
• Support surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Provide operating room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and PO processes.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic teams to improve service levels.
• Maintain equipment and ensure product availability across the territory.
• Differentiate DPS products by delivering unique customer value.
