Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Colorado Springs territory. The role focuses on helping surgeons by providing clinical and product knowledge, ensuring proper equipment is available during procedures, and driving instrument and implant adoption.

You will collaborate with the sales, clinical, and marketing teams to achieve territory goals, attend surgeries when needed, and deliver excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience or 4 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers and new customers.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment availability and optimization of trays.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic account teams; prepare reports.
• Maintain equipment, assets, and promotional materials; ensure service meets high quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and differentiating DPS products with unique value propositions.
