Job summary

Johnson & Johnson invites a Sales Associate to support the Cleveland, OH territory for DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics. You will assist surgeons in the operating room, ensure proper equipment availability, and drive sales growth across hospitals and accounts in a dynamic, commission-based role.

The position requires strong clinical product knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to travel as needed within the territory. This is a full-time role in a fast-paced medical devices environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of professional and/or related sales experience.
• Willingness to travel; valid US driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes in retaining and penetrating existing customers and achieve sales goals.
• Guide surgeons in the OR with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot, handle requests, and manage hospital billing and POs.
• Prepare sales reports and share customer and market insights with teams.
