Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience or recent military transition.
• Willingness to travel, including weekends and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining existing customers and penetrating new ones.
• Guide surgeons in operating rooms with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Attend surgeries to ensure equipment availability and optimize trays.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and manage hospital billing and PO creation.
• Prepare sales reports and share insights with teams to improve service levels.
• Maintain asset deployment and ensure promotions materials are up to standard.
• Differentiate DPS products through customer insights and value propositions.
