Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Cleveland, OH territory. You’ll provide clinical and customer support in hospitals, assist surgeons in the operating room, and help ensure equipment availability and efficient service.

The role focuses on orthopedic solutions across joint reconstruction, trauma, spine, and sports medicine. A strong background in clinical sales, relationships with customers, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + 2+ years related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of professional/related experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customer base and market share.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the OR with clinical and product knowledge; demonstrate proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Attend surgeries to ensure proper equipment and efficient tray setup; provide OR consultation.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural, and market insights with teams to improve service levels; prepare sales reports as required.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets; ensure promotional materials are presentable and high-quality.
