Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years professional/related experience preferred.
• Military experience considered an asset.
• Comfort in operating room environments and labs.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team in retaining and expanding existing customer base.
• Guide surgeons in OR with clinical and product knowledge.
• Provide OR consultation and ensure equipment readiness.
• Troubleshoot and handle customer requests; manage hospital billing.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and accounts teams.
• Maintain and deploy equipment and promotional materials; ensure quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and differentiating DPS value propositions.
