Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of selling products/services, including marketing strategy and tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with office technologies.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfort in emergency/operating room environments.
• Ability to participate in meetings outside regular hours.
• Adherence to compliance and ethics (AdvaMed) and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Joint Replacement products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the Resident Joint Replacement expert for the territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase territory results.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
• Provide advice and training on products and tools to enhance patient outcomes.
