Johnson & Johnson in Memphis, TN is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Orthopaedics territory and DePuy Synthes products. You will assist surgeons in the operating room, help ensure equipment availability, and contribute to territory goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s or related degree and at least 2 years of professional experience, with travel to hospitals across the U.S. A commission-based earning structure is included as part of a comprehensive opportunity with Johnson & Johnson.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience or
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty

Responsabilidades

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers, while supporting product conversions with new customers.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room through clinical and product knowledge.
• Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring proper equipment is available and performing, including optimizing trays.
• Troubleshoot and provide other technical assistance; handle customer requests and hospital billing.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic account teams to improve solutions and services.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets; ensure materials are presentable and high-quality standards are met.
