Johnson & Johnson in the United States is seeking a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Sacramento, CA territory, including Roseville, Tahoe, Reno and surrounding areas. You will advance DePuy Synthes orthopaedic products by providing in-hospital clinical and logistical expertise during surgeries and by managing equipment and order processes.

The role requires travel within the U.S., strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a complex healthcare

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) required.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience preferred.
• Recent military transition acceptable for consideration.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. frequently (overnight/weekend) and relocate as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and technical support for orthopedic cases.
• Attend surgeries to ensure proper equipment is available and functioning.
• Assist with hospital billing, purchase orders, logistics, and asset management.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and accounts teams to improve service levels.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain and deploy equipment and assets to ensure product availability.
