Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Houston, TX territory in Inside Sales for MedTech products. This role focuses on Orthopaedics with non-commissioned structure and close collaboration with clinical teams.

You will guide surgeons in the operating room, provide clinical and logistical support, manage equipment logistics, and ensure high-quality service with accurate data, reporting, and customer communications. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or medical certification required.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant clinical sales or healthcare experience.
• Ability to travel including weekends/overnight.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Willingness to relocate to the territory.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and technical support.
• Provide direct customer support by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available and functioning.
• Troubleshoot, manage hospital billing, and purchase orders to support customer needs.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and accounts teams to improve service levels and drive growth.
• Provide operating room and Sterile Processing Department consultation and asset management.
