Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics division seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Seattle, WA territory. You will guide surgeons in the operating room, provide clinical and technical support, and ensure the right implants and instruments are available for procedures.

In this role you will collaborate with sales, clinical, and service teams to drive DPS solutions, manage surgical cases, and deliver value to health care systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
• 2+ years of professional/relevant experience or 4+ years of professional/relevant experience
• Experience working in clinical/operating room environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with orthopedic cases.
• Provide direct customer support during surgeries and ensure proper equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural, and market insights with teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation and maintain equipment.
• Ensure promotional materials and offerings meet quality standards.
