Job summary

The role requires strong clinical knowledge of orthopaedics, travel readiness, and collaboration with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to drive service value for healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Associate degree or medical certification plus 2+ years of relevant experience or 4+ years of experience.
• Military experience or recent transition is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with orthopedic cases.
• Serve as the sole company representative in theatre to ensure equipment availability and proper function.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs, manage hospital billing, and create/close purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural and market insights with cross-functional teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain deployment of equipment across the territory to ensure product availability.
• Maintain promotional materials and ensure offerings meet quality standards.
• Provide logistics support by moving instruments and implants between reps and hospitals.
