Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or higher.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with minimum 2 years of professional/relevant experience, or
• Minimum of 4 years of professional/relevant experience, or
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support of orthopedic surgical cases.
• Advance DPS sales by serving as sole Company representative to provide direct customer support by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available and functioning.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; address customer requests; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic accounts teams to improve solutions and service levels; prepare reports and documents.
• Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain and deploy equipment assets to ensure product availability.
• Ensure promotional materials are current and align with quality standards.
• Provide logistical support by moving instruments, implants, and equipment between sales reps and hospitals.
