Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics division is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist for the Houston, TX territory. The role focuses on supporting surgeons in the operating room with orthopedic devices, advancing DPS sales, and providing clinical and technical expertise across DePuy Synthes and Mitek Sports Medicine products.

You will engage in direct customer support during surgeries, troubleshoot needs, and ensure equipment availability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or higher.
• Associate degree or medical certification with applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with orthopedic surgical cases.
• Advance DPS sales by serving as sole Company representative during surgeries.
• Troubleshoot physician needs and manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and account teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets to ensure availability.
• Ensure promotional materials meet high quality standards.
• Provide logistical support moving instruments, implants, and equipment between hospitals.
