Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks an experienced HCM Business Consultant in Orlando, FL to drive new business across payroll, HR technology, and benefits administration. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, manage client relationships, and coordinate post-sale implementations.

Domestic travel will be required. The role calls for strong negotiation, CRM proficiency, and a track record of meeting sales targets in a fast-paced HR services environment.

Qualifications

• More than two years of HCM sales experience in a results-driven environment.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline, prospecting for new business, presenting to clients, and meeting sales goals.
• Prior sales experience with payroll, PEO, HR technology, or benefits preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must have a valid driver’s license due to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated HCM territory.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with brokers and channel partners.
• Execute targeted prospecting strategies to reach key decision makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and challenges.
• Present HCM solutions and pricing options aligned with client needs.
• Prepare proposals and pricing options with clear value communications.
• Negotiate pricing, scope of services, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and onboarding.
• Coordinate with implementation and service teams for smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast revenue annually.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
