Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an HCM Business Consultant for Orange County, CA. You will identify, cultivate, and close opportunities for payroll, HR technology, benefits, and compliance services, owning the full sales cycle from outreach to close.

Base compensation is $70,000–$80,000 with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Frequent domestic travel to client sites, partners, and events will be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of HCM sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Generate new HCM opportunities within the designated territory.
• Build referral relationships with brokers and channel partners.
• Conduct discovery meetings to assess client needs and decision criteria.
• Present HCM solutions including pricing and implementation expectations.
• Prepare proposals and client presentations communicating value clearly.
• Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead gen to close.
