Vensure Employer Solutions in Tampa, FL is seeking a dynamic HCM Business Consultant to drive new client opportunities across payroll, HR technology, benefits administration, and workforce management services. You will manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close, engaging brokers, partners, and prospective clients to deliver tailored HCM solutions.

The role requires proactive prospecting, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with implementation and operations teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; two+ years in HCM sales preferred.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline, prospecting, presentations, and meeting sales goals is preferred.
• Prior sales experience with payroll, HR tech, or benefits is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and MS Office suite is expected.

Responsabilités

• Generate new HCM business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Build referral relationships with brokers and channel partners to create qualified opportunities.
• Execute prospecting strategies including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and decision criteria.
• Present HCM solutions, including pricing and implementation expectations, and finalize proposals.
