Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Irvine is seeking a Business Sales Consultant, HCM, to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities for payroll, HR technology, benefits administration, and related workforce solutions.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build referral networks, negotiate pricing, and coordinate implementation, with frequent domestic travel. This role requires strong CRM and negotiation skills and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in B2B sales within a results-driven environment preferred.
• 1–2 years of HCM sales experience is preferred.
• CRM tools proficiency, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within designated territory for HCM solutions.
• Build referral relationships with brokers and channel partners.
• Execute targeted prospecting strategies to access decision makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and timelines.
• Present HCM solutions with pricing, service models, and implementation expectations.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through close and implementation coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records, meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas.
