Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Desktop Services Technician to provide technical support for corporate and remote locations, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. This onsite role is based in the Orlando office, with occasional travel for desktop-related needs.

You will monitor tickets, perform IMAC tasks, respond to queries promptly, and assist the in-house Desktop Services team. A strong IT background and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Strong technical acumen on Desktop and Application technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT security principles.
• Basic understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Windows 10/11 administration: installation, configuration, updates, drivers.
• macOS familiarity.
• Microsoft Office 365.
• Intune and Jamf familiarity.
• TCP/IP basics and networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor internal ticket systems and handle basic PC deployment requests.
• Perform IMAC activities to meet customer needs.
• Provide timely support and ensure tickets meet SLAs.
• Support in-house Desktop Services team with basic requests.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Lift and move objects up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Assist with repairs and setup of equipment.
• Travel up to 15% for desktop needs.
