OUC - The Reliable One in Orlando invites students to join the Digital & Technology division as a Computer Specialist Intern. You will partner with the Desktop & Client Operations team to provide local and remote desktop support, deploy and upgrade hardware, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning through on-the-job training, educational sessions, and team projects, with a part-time schedule and competitive pay.

Qualifications

Enrolled at an accredited college or university.
Sophomore or higher academic status.
Program of study in Computer Science, Information Systems & Technology.
GPA 3.0 or above at application time.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Previous internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide local and remote desktop support and respond to service requests.
Deploy, re-image, repair, and upgrade computer hardware and OS.
Troubleshoot network and wireless connectivity issues.
Assist with security-related tasks including AD updates.
Deliver timely, effective technical solutions and support clients.
