Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support role in Orlando, FL. The position handles basic and moderately complex desktop/laptop troubleshooting, and may support desk-side applications and infrastructure while directly engaging with clients to address issues promptly.

Responsibilities include providing on-site and remote support as assigned, maintaining service level agreements, and ensuring accurate real-time reporting.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent plus 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines
• Complete administrative tasks for each call
• Provide real-time reporting of calls as per guidelines
• Follow established policies for service delivery
• Ensure asset and inventory control and prompt parts turnaround
• Report activity accurately and timely
• Understand and follow safety policies daily
• Additional requirements may exist if offered employment
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
