Job summary
Vantor is hiring a Deskside Support Specialist in Orlando, FL (also supporting Melbourne). You will provide technical services to internal customers, handling desktop, laptop, remote desktop, and mobile device issues, coordinating all phases of desktop support from installation to configuration, and ensuring timely resolution.
Candidates should have 2–4 years in technical support, experience with Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android, Office 365, Active Directory, Citrix VDIs, and be willing to travel
Qualifications
- US Citizen
- 2–4 years of experience in technical support
- Experience supporting Windows 11, MAC OS, iOS, Android, Office 2016 and M365 suite, Active Directory Administration, Citrix and Virtual PC environments or a combination of.
- Ability to be on call on a rotational basis.
- Ability to travel to Melbourne, FL and occasionally Tampa, FL
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop, laptop, and mobile device support with proper escalation.
- Monitor tickets and SLAs, document gaps.
- Administer Active Directory accounts and Citrix VDI environments.
- Image systems and deploy software via SCCM.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support rotation.
