Job summary

FlightSafety International in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Deskside Support Technician to join an onsite IT team. You will provide Tier 2 and 3 support to senior leaders with a high degree of autonomy, handling hardware, software, and printing issues both remotely and on site.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, documentation, and collaboration with vendors. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of deskside support, strong Windows and Office skills, and the ability to communicate clearly

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of customer-facing deskside support experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and executive staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalations to vendors or internal teams and coordinate resolutions.
• Deliver high-quality IT concierge support to senior leaders both remotely and onsite.
• Diagnose problems and link to underlying issues to identify solutions.
• Troubleshoot, install, repair, upgrade, and configure hardware, printing, imaging, and software.
• Create technical documentation with clear step-by-step procedures.
