Job summary

EY is seeking an Organization and Workforce Manager within People Consulting to optimize workforce, talent, and mobility strategies for clients. You will design operating models and organizational structures to meet strategic objectives, leading large-scale projects and advising senior stakeholders.

The role requires 6-9 years in related capabilities, strong analytics, and experience in cross-functional transformation.

Qualifications

• Global management consultancy experience, or niche consultancy with exposure to large-scale projects.
• Around 6-9 years in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment, and Organizational Governance.
• Experience leading organizational design engagements in supply chain, IT, finance, customer, or sales & marketing; large multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record in managing and analyzing large datasets and using analytics in project execution; experience with digital assets in org design.
• Willingness to travel as needed and comfortable with a hybrid environment (3 days/week at client site or EY office).
