Job summary

EY is seeking an Organization and Workforce Manager within People Consulting to optimize workforce and operating models for client organizations. You will design and influence operating models, lead large-scale design initiatives, and advise executives on strategic workforce planning and capability mapping.

This role requires travel, a hybrid work arrangement, and a proactive, client-facing mindset to deliver high-impact organizational change across sectors.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional service experience with a global management consultancy firm or niche consultancy.
• Around 6-9 years of experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment, and Governance.
• Experience leading org. design engagements in multiple functional domains (supply chain, IT, finance, customer, sales & marketing).
• Proven track record in managing and analyzing large datasets and using analytics in project execution.
• Bachelor's degree required in business, human resources, psychology.
• Willingness to travel and comfortable in a hybrid environment (3 days/week at a client site or EY office).

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders.
• Collaborate to deliver solutions on structuring teams and enabling agile work.
• Manage project workstreams, resources, budgets, risks and issues.
• Develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Travel as needed and work in EY's hybrid model.
