Job summary

EY is seeking an Organization and Workforce Manager within People Consulting to optimize workforce, talent and mobility strategies, future-proof operations, and design operating models aligned with business objectives.

This role leads large-scale organizational design projects, advises stakeholders, builds client relationships, and actively develops EY approaches, tools and methodologies in organization design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, HR, or psychology.
• 6-9 years of experience in operating model development and organization design.
• Experience leading org. design engagements across multiple functional domains (supply chain, IT, finance, sales & marketing).
• Proven track record in managing and analyzing large datasets and using analytics in project execution.
• Willingness to travel and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with average 3 days per week at client site or EY office.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders.
• Build relationships with colleagues and clients to deliver innovative solutions.
• Support clients in structuring teams to deliver on strategic objectives and enable agile ways of working.
• Develop thought leadership and EY approaches, tools and methodologies in organization design.
• Coach and develop teams, acting as a role model within EY.
