Job summary

EY seeks an Organization and Workforce Manager to optimize workforce, talent, and mobility strategies. You will design operating models and lead organizational design initiatives to meet strategic objectives.

The role involves advising stakeholders, building client relationships, and delivering end-to-end transformation using EY approaches and tools. Travel and hybrid work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or psychology.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment (~3 days on client site or EY office).
• 6–9 years of experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Design and Governance.
• Experience leading organization design in multiple functional domains.
