Job summary

EY is seeking an Organization and Workforce Manager to optimize workforce, talent, and mobility strategies. You will lead organizational design initiatives, influence operating models, and advise clients on workforce solutions in a dynamic, hybrid consulting environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build client relationships, and drive thought leadership in organization design, contributing to EY's market leadership in People Consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or psychology
• 6–9 years in operating model development and org design
• Experience leading org design in multiple functions (supply chain, IT, finance, etc.)
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and engage clients
• Willingness to travel and hybrid work with client site 3 days/week

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver solutions.
• Guide teams on agile approaches within organizational design.
• Develop workforce strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Promote EY thought leadership and develop tools/methodologies.
