EY is seeking an Organization and Workforce Manager to join the People Consulting practice in the United States. You will lead large-scale organizational design initiatives, shape operating models, and advise on workforce mobility to align with business strategy.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with clients and internal teams, manage scope, budgets, and risks, and drive change programs that enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in organizational design projects and advising stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project workstreams, resources and budgets.
• Experience with analytics for org. design and transformation.
