Job summary

EY’s People Consulting practice in the United States seeks an Organization and Workforce Manager to optimize workforce, talent and mobility strategies, designing operating models and driving transformational change. You will help align workforce strategies with business goals and advise on organization design to achieve strategic intent.

You will lead large-scale design engagements, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to business development by delivering proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of business, human resources, or psychology.
• 6–9 years of experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment, and Governance.
• Experience leading organization design engagements in functions such as supply chain, IT, finance, customer, sales & marketing, and working in large multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record in managing and analyzing large datasets with analytics in project execution and experience with digital assets for org. design projects.
• Willingness to travel as needed and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with ~3 days per week at client site or EY office.
