Job summary

EY is seeking an Organization and Workforce Manager within People Consulting to shape workforce strategies and operating models for clients. You will design organizations at the operating model level to meet strategic intent, and act as a trusted advisor to drive transformational initiatives.

You will lead org design engagements, manage stakeholders, and guide teams through assessment to implementation, enabling agile structures and impactful change across client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience at a global management consultancy or equivalent with large-scale projects.
• 6–9 years in operating model development, org design, strategic workforce planning, capability mapping, and governance.
• Experience leading org design in supply chain, IT, finance, sales & marketing; multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record with large datasets and analytics in org design projects.
• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or psychology.
• Willingness to travel and hybrid work with ~3 days per week at client site or EY office.
