Job summary

EY is seeking an Organization and Workforce Manager in the People Consulting practice to optimize workforce, talent, and mobility strategies for clients in a hybrid, US-based environment.

You will design operating models, influence change initiatives, and develop workforce strategies aligned with business objectives, working on multi‑disciplinary teams and driving business development.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in operating model development, organizational structure and design, and governance.
• Experience leading organization design engagements in supply chain, IT, finance, sales and marketing.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and use analytics in project delivery.
