Job summary

EY’s People Consulting practice seeks an Organization and Workforce Manager to optimize workforce, talent, and mobility strategies. You’ll design operating models to align with business goals and act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping organizational structure for strategic impact.

You’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive change management, and build relationships with stakeholders while contributing to thought leadership and EY methodologies. A hybrid work setup and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field of business, human resources, psychology.
• Experience in operating model development, org design, and strategic workforce planning.
• Ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary organizational design engagements.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work in a hybrid environment (~3 days onsite).

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders.
• Develop operating models and organizational design to meet strategic intent.
