Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an Organization and Workforce Manager within People Consulting to optimize workforce, mobility, and operating models. You will guide design initiatives, advise stakeholders, and help clients future‑proof their organizations while aligning with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional service experience with a global management consultancy or niche consultancy.
• Around 6-9 years of experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment, and Organizational Governance.
• Experience of leading org. design engagements in one or more functional domains – supply chain, IT, finance, customer, sales & marketing.
• Proven track record in managing and analyzing large datasets and using analytics in project execution.
• Bachelor's degree required in a related field of business, human resources, psychology.
• Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three days per week at a client site or within an EY office.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders while building relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful solutions for structuring teams to deliver on the organization’s strategy and enable agile ways of working.
• Manage project workstreams from planning through implementation, including resources, budgets, risks, and issues.
• Contribute to business development by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients.
