Job summary

EY is seeking an Organization and Workforce Manager to optimize operating models and workforce strategies. You will design, develop and influence models to align with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and EY teams. The role requires leadership of multi-disciplinary engagements and a focus on delivering value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, human resources or psychology).
• 6–9 years of experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment, and Governance.
• Experience leading organization design engagements across supply chain, IT, finance, customer, sales & marketing; multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record with large datasets analytics in project execution; experience with digital assets for org design.
