Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in operating model development, organizational structure and design, strategic workforce planning, capability mapping, organizational assessment, and governance.
• Experience leading organization design engagements in functional domains (supply chain, IT, finance, customer, sales & marketing) in large multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and use analytics in project execution.
