The role requires leading design engagements, managing teams, and enabling change across multiple sectors while thriving in a hybrid environment with client and EY involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or psychology.
• Willingness to travel and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with client sites or EY offices.
• 6–9 years of experience in operating model development, organizational design and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders.
• Collaborate to deliver solutions for structuring teams and enabling more agile ways of working.
