Job summary

EY is seeking an Organization and Workforce Manager within the People Consulting team in a hybrid US posting. You will lead large‑scale organizational design projects, develop operating models, and influence workforce strategies to meet business objectives.

Travel to client sites is expected as needed, with a hybrid work pattern combining client sites and EY offices. The role requires 6–9 years in operating model development and governance, plus experience across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment, and Governance.
• Experience leading organization design engagements in multiple functional domains (supply chain, IT, finance, sales & marketing).
• Proven track record in managing and analyzing large datasets with analytics in project execution.
