Job summary

EY's People Consulting practice in the US seeks an Organization and Workforce Manager to shape operating models, workforce planning, and organizational design for clients. You will lead designation projects, advise on strategy, and drive change initiatives across industries.

The role requires 6–9 years of experience, collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams, travel approximately three days per week, and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Governance.
• Experience leading organization design engagements across multiple functional domains.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and apply analytics in project execution.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
