Job summary

EY is seeking an Organization and Workforce Manager in its People Consulting practice to optimize workforce, talent, and mobility strategies. You will design operating models, influence change, and act as a trusted advisor to clients while aligning workforce requirements with business objectives.

You will lead design engagements across functional domains, build relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment, and Governance.
• Experience leading organization design engagements in multiple functional domains (supply chain, IT, finance, marketing).
• Willingness to travel and operate in a hybrid environment (approx. 3 days per week at client site or EY office).
