Job summary

EY is seeking an Organization and Workforce Manager to optimize operating models and workforce strategies across diverse client engagements in a hybrid US setting. You will design organizations at the operating model level, develop workforce plans, and influence change initiatives to drive business performance.

The role requires 6–9 years in related consulting areas, with experience across multiple domains and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in operating model development, organizational structure and design, strategic workforce planning, capability mapping, organizational assessment, and governance.
• Experience leading organization design engagements in supply chain, IT, finance, customer, sales & marketing.
• Willingness to travel and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with ~3 days per week at client site or EY office.
