Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie in Oregon seeks a Territory Sales Representative focused on Truss products, responsible for growing sales, prospecting on jobsites, and promoting the Building Technology software suite and related hardware.

You will travel up to 65% domestically, coordinate with Regional Sales Managers and other teams to develop strategies, and lead training sessions while managing CRM for customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industry experience and/or training.
• Strong working knowledge of project workflow from architect/engineer to contractor.
• Sales and account management experience with proven growth.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand and grow sales in defined marketplace.
• Conduct software demonstrations and secure product specifications.
• Lead trainings/workshops and coordinate with regional teams.
• Maintain CRM records, travel up to 65% domestically.
