Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for Truss in Oregon to drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and promote our Building Technology software and hardware offerings. You will coordinate with branch colleagues and conduct on-site demonstrations and trainings across the territory.

You will travel up to 65% of the time, work with Regional Sales Managers, Product Management, Marketing, and other TSRs to align sales strategies and programs, and report market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant industry experience welcome.
• 3–5 years in sales with account management and growth track record.
• Proven ability to present and close opportunities with customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand and grow Truss sales in Oregon territory.
• Promote Building Technology software and related products.
• Lead trainings and workshops within the territory and at events.
• Maintain CRM records, plan business activities, and travel as needed.
